Privacy. Cue.

Cue is published by KARMA DIGITAL S.A.S. (“Karma Digital”), a company organized under the laws of Uruguay. This policy explains what data Cue collects and what it does not.

Short version

Cue runs on your Mac. Karma Digital does not collect any data from Cue: no screenshots, prompts, responses, usage data or identifiers reach us or any party we work with.

What leaves your machine

AR model download. On first launch Cue downloads its on-device AR model from Hugging Face (huggingface.co). That request carries no content from your Mac, only what every HTTPS client sends (your IP address and a user agent), and is subject to Hugging Face’s privacy policy. After the download, the model runs locally.
Your requests. When you make a request, Cue passes your text and screenshots of your displays to the Cue bridge running on your Mac, which hands them to the AI CLI you configured. What that CLI sends to its provider is described below.

Cue does not use analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs. There is no telemetry, no automatic crash upload and no usage metrics sent home. Cue has no account, license check or update check.

Your AI CLI and its provider

The AI CLI the bridge runs (Claude Code, or another tool you choose) is a separate program that you install, sign in to and configure. It sends your requests and the screenshots it asks Cue for to its model provider. That data is governed by that tool’s and that provider’s terms, not by Cue. Karma Digital has no relationship with your provider and no access to that data.

Purchases

Cue is sold on the Mac App Store. Apple processes the purchase under Apple’s privacy policy. Karma Digital receives Apple’s sales reports, which do not identify you.
